all the remixes featured on my album have been re-remixed and remastered in 5.1 surround sound and some tracks even have videos too, however, for those of you who don't yet have a 5.1 soundsystem, theres an audio cd too, which is in traditional 2.0 stereo.

also featured on my 5.1 album are my remixes for the pet shop boys & sam taylor-wood, bad lieutenant, anne clark, john foxx, die toten hosen, blank&jones, marsheaux, noblesse oblige, electrobelle, fidelity kastrow, spartak, vanessa daou, may68 and echoes.
a couple of the remixes you might have already heard here on my myspace, but most are previously unreleased or were only available on digital release.

the depeche mode remix was a very very difficult remix to do. probably one of the hardest we've ever attempted. more so even than my remixes for john foxx or bad lieutenant. not only was the song tuned to martin gore's vocal pitch, making the song over 50% out of tune, but it was also played live and so the speed also varied within the track too. this meant we had to re-tune all our instruments and get out the scissors to make it all fit. quite a nightmare!

ive tried to retain as many of the songs original elements as possible, especially give it atmosphere, as i didnt want to deviate too much and yet still add my own elements too, such as a gritty bass guitar, synths, strings and an additional hookline.
im sure you will be pleased to know that ive not made a techy 4/4 dance track out of it.
